The InterGen Advisory Board brings together a diverse group of  experts who provide strategic guidance and validate the project’s outcomes throughout its implementation. Members include SME owners and managers, representatives from local business associations, digital transformation specialists, intergenerational workplace experts, and policymakers focused on SME development and digital skills.

Born in Hamburg in Germany and of Greek nationality, Angeliki has led a truly European life. She grew up in Brussels, studied in Paris and London, and spent an Erasmus semester in Seville. And when she joined the unit, she was just celebrating her 10th work anniversary with the European Commission, having worked in the multilingual environment of the Directorate General for Translation and the Spokespersons’ Service in DG COMM.

Nikolaos G. Trantos holds a degree in Psychology from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA) and a postgraduate qualification in Psychometrics. He is a certified Social Skills Assessor and a certified Business Evaluator by the European Foundation for Quality Management (E.F.Q.M.). He brings extensive experience in designing and implementing training and advisory support programs for Pharmacies and Pharmaceutical companies.

Clara K. Younan is a Product Analyst in Capital Markets at Euroclear Bank in Brussels, where she has built a distinguished career spanning over 14 years across multiple departments including Product Management, Collateral, Commercial, and Funds. In her current role, she manages international market links, conducts regional market analysis, and liaises with central banks, ministries of finance, and capital market bodies across emerging markets.

With a background that spans Iraq, Belgium, and international financial institutions, Clara brings a uniquely multicultural perspective to everything she does. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Translation (English/Arabic) from Al-Mustanseriya University and is fluent in Arabic, English, and Dutch. Her career reflects a consistent commitment to learning, process optimisation, and people development — having trained newcomers, led client relationship management, and served as a trusted point of contact across complex financial projects.

Pascalis Papachristopoulos is a retired Head of the Trainee Office at the European Commission in Brussels. He is a member of Europeans of the World and brings many years of experience in diaspora organizations, as well as in the historic Council of Greeks Abroad.

Philippe Kotsaridis is the founder and owner of Fiduciaire Fiskophil, a modern and dynamic accounting and tax consultancy firm established in Brussels in 1995. Over nearly three decades, he has built the firm into a trusted partner for a diverse portfolio of clients, managed by certified tax experts listed with the Belgian Professional Institute of Accountants and Tax Consultants.

Fiduciaire Fiskophil serves a wide range of clients including liberal professionals, SMEs, private and public limited companies, holdings, non-profit organisations, as well as Belgian and foreign branches and subsidiaries. The firm specialises in the application of European directives on fiscal and social matters, and also practices audit and financial analysis.

With a team of graduate accountants and experienced business advisors committed to continuous professional development, Philippe has positioned Fiskophil as a forward-thinking firm that anticipates change in an ever-evolving regulatory landscape.

His deep expertise in European fiscal policy and his long-standing experience supporting SMEs across Belgium make him a valuable voice in shaping the InterGen project’s approach to sustainable business development.

Justine Papagiannis-Dritsa is the owner of Dritsas Group, an established SME specialising in imports and exports with over 30 years of presence in the market. Under her leadership, the company has built a strong and enduring reputation for reliability and commercial excellence in international trade.

Throughout her career, Justine has worked closely with sales teams, playing a hands-on role in the development and mentoring of new employees. Her passion for people development is reflected in her active involvement in sales coaching and training, ensuring that every new generation of staff is equipped with the skills, confidence, and knowledge needed to succeed in a competitive market.

Her extensive entrepreneurial experience and her commitment to nurturing talent across generations make her a natural fit for the InterGen Advisory Board, bringing a practical, business-first perspective to the project’s mission of fostering intergenerational skills exchange in SMEs.
